Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Within 15 days of delivery, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the unused, unwashed item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.

Return & Exchange Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face Masques
  • Food & Household Goods (e.g., opened or perishable items)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timing: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. Refunds will then be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Method: The refund will be processed through your original payment provider (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies, but it typically appears within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. In your initial email, please specify the new item you would like. We will process a refund for the returned item, and you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.
