- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote areas. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery to your location.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship the Item(s):
- Package the unused, unwashed item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
Return & Exchange Requirements
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
