Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, orders in processing may not be cancellable.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
4. Ship the unused, unwashed item in original packaging with all tags attached to the address provided

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges, specify the desired size or color in your initial email. We will process a refund for the returned item, and you can place a new order for the desired item.
